Ate here 3 times on 11/15/2014 cruise. First night I had asparagus soup and then Sea bass, both absolutely fabulous. Sea bass was my favorite meal of the cruise. Husband had the lobster ravioli and then prime rib. Loved both, especially the ravioli. 2nd night was pirate party, I had crab cake and then Dijon crusted sirloin, husband had pot stickers and then bbq short ribs. We loved it all, it was fun to have a different menu to choose from. 3rd night was farewell dinner; I had lobster bisque which was horrible. It tasted and smelled like old fish. I sent it back and got a house salad and then we both had the beef wellington. Delicious and something I had always wanted to try. My second favorite dish of the cruise.

Had our anniversary dinner here 11/17/2014. Husband had baked potato and cheddar soup and then the teriyaki beef tenderloin. Loved both. I had butternut squash soup and then the veal loin on risotto. Both were very good, but I wasn't crazy about the tomato risotto, probably just wasn't my taste. Everything was cooked perfectly and of course the service is always good. We ordered dessert, but were also brought a beautiful chocolate mousse cake with chocolate crisp "Happy Anniversary" on top. Very nice!
Pros:
Fantastic food, great atmosphere, anniversary dessert!Cons:

We just returned from a 7 night Eastern Carribean cruise on Fantasy. The entire experience was amazing, our second cruise but first on Fantasy. The ship is perfect, beautiful, and everyone had the usual Disney service comittment. All of our food was great and the stop in San Juan, Puerto Rico was great. So happy and glad we decided to cruise this year. We are DVC members and usually go to Disney World every year.
Pros:
Absolutely stunning, fabulous serviceCons:

We decided this was our fav buffet and best breakfast all week. We were in the last seating and the place was packed. It started clearing out soon after we got there. But everything on the buffet was fresh and plentiful!
I spoke to the chef about my gluten allergy and I was good to go!
Chorizo cheese eggs, GF Mickey waffles, frittata, bacon, sausage, smoked salmon, fresh fruit ..... I'm getting hungry just thinking of it!
The characters did a nice stop at each table, not rushed.
Plus we had a nice walk around the resort and the beach. Lovely sunny day to see the view at a deluxe resort!
Pros:
Fun characters, polite staff, freshest and best buffet all weekCons:

A lot are wondering why this place gets low scores for dinner. I suspect these people have never eaten at a non-Disney buffet before. The food was good, but as far as buffets go I would say it was "adequate" not "plentiful." I've seen at least as much variety at Golden Corral/Old Country Buffet. The food is also on par with those places as well, at least since they both revamped their restaurants and menus in recent years.
I'm used to paying more at Disney, but I'm tired of paying double the price and feeling like I got less than I could get outside of Disney. I've found the desserts at non-Disney buffets to have more variety and appeal. The service was average.
If you're trying to fill slots on your premium dining plan or really don't care about getting a good value, you might enjoy this buffet. If you're looking for a special dining experience, this is definitely not it. If you REALLY want to eat a buffet on property, try the Trail's End as it's cheaper and has similar quality food.
