In my opinion, Skipper's Canteen is the BEST restaurant in Magic Kingdom. The food is a bit more on the adventurous side. I love the references to Jungle Cruise and all of hidden tidbits (library corridor?) Servers are great.
Pros:
Creative menu- well executed, fun theme (for teens and up), booze (and full bar with tasty cocktails.)Cons:

Not a bad place to stay by any means, clean, comfortable: has all the same things any other hotel would . For the price and with access to skyliner it definitely adds to the rating .

A great value, awesome for families
Pros:
The suites are affordable and provide a great spot for a lager group or anyone who needs more space and privacy (plus 3 beds 2 baths) , skyliner is so convenient and awesome , the pool is amazing , food is quick and easy and the gift shop has everything you’d need including last minute gifts (and meds, toiletries , etc) it’s not TOO spread out and walkable pretty easily , and not too loudCons:
It is far from the parks so when you can’t take skyliner it takes a bit , LOTS of kids and people if you don’t like crowds, could definitely use some more options for food : the cafeteria is OK , nothing bad but nothing great but since you’re paying for the food I don’t know why they can’t have some more high quality options or a coffee place or something . Overall I stay here 80% of the time even when traveling without kids because the suite is so great for adults too !Review of Columbia Harbour House

My fav restaurant of MK. The food is fresh, good and different than any other locations. It's pretty affordable for healty meals.

I feel like it's become trendy to pick on this place... But it's actually a really good restaurant. People seem to be upset about the price and the prefixed menu. However, in my opinion, the options there are great. The French onion soup was amazing and who doesn't want the Grey stuff??? Plus, the theming of this place rivals anything in Disney World. Word of advice, if you don't have kids with you and can last until the make it to the last reservation of the night grab it. The times I have been there this place has run behind on reservations... Sounds bad??? It's not. When you leave you have an empty Disney World, which is a great way to end your night.
