Have you ever wanted to make your own cocktails in Disney World? Now you can! The Edison at Disney Springs is bringing back its mixology classes.

The Shaken & Stirred: Cocktail Classes are held at The Edison until June. We can’t wait to join in on the fun! We took a class back in 2023 and loved it.

You’ll get an intimate, hands-on class led by a private bartender. You can sample premium spirits, learn cocktail-making techniques, and enjoy a light lunch. It’s easy for beginners, but each class has a different theme to keep it fun for regulars.

The Shaken & Stirred: Cocktail Classes are held on the following dates at 1 PM, with each day having its own theme!

March 14: The Emerald Isles – Just in time for St. Patrick’s Day, we’re going beyond green beer to explore the approachable smoothness of Irish whiskey. Sláinte!
April 25: Polynesian Pop! – A history of tiki cocktail culture and the Polynesian pop movement, complete with a tasting of delicious tropical cocktails.
May 9: Gin vs. Vodka Core Cocktail – Part of our core cocktail series, it’s a battle of the bars featuring the great martini debate. Learn the techniques to shake (or stir) your perfect version.
May 23: Frozen – Beat the heat and cool off with sweet treats this spring and summer. These elevated frozen cocktails are a far cry from your average slushy.
June 6: Infusions – Learn how to use fresh fruits, herbs, and spices to create your own naturally flavored spirits, plus the best ways to showcase your custom infusions in seasonal cocktails.
June 20: Globetrotter – Take your taste buds on a trip around the world to discover unique, regional spirits that define drinking cultures across the globe.

Margarita

The cocktail class is $120 per ticket, but it’s well worth the money. You’ll get to try lots of top-shelf drinks, yummy snacks, and a 20% gratuity is included in the price. There are only 10 slots for each class, so if you’re interested, hurry!
