Something new is coming to Disney Springs, and we have an update!

Now that LEVEL 99 has been confirmed to call Disney World its newest location’s home, we feel like we’re obsessing over every little detail, trying to guess when we could expect to see an opening timeline. While this new addition will be a welcome highlight in the already popular shopping and dining district of Disney Springs, we’re still in the dark about a lot of its details. However, new updates to its progress suggest we could be getting more announcements about it sooner than expected!
Not long ago, Disney announced that a brand new experience at Disney World would be coming to Disney Springs, and our interest was instantly piqued. Disney’s confirmation earlier this year that LEVEL 99 would be coming to Disney Springs soon was immediately met with excitement.

LEVEL99 at Disney Springs will become the brand’s fifth and largest interactive, social entertainment experience with challenge rooms. If the name sounds familiar to you, it may be because you live nearby or have already visited one of the other four locations across the East Coast. The massive, indoor experience includes “real-world, challenge-based, social entertainment for adults featuring over 50 physical and mental challenges set in artistic environments.

LEVEL 99 is replacing the former NBA Experience, which was located on the West Side of Disney Springs for several years before closing forever in the fall of 2021. Since its closure, we’ve seen a few things occupy the building, like pop-up events and a temporary virtual reality experience based on a Star Wars game, but nothing that was designed to stick around long-term.

Now, we’re starting to see even more progress in its “move in” process to call Disney World home, and while it might not look like much, there’s more going on here than meets the eye at first glance!

When we recently visited Disney Springs, we spotted construction walls and hedges around the building where LEVEL 99 will eventually be located. While there’s nothing super exciting about seeing construction walls, it’s what was found on them that was most interesting. Several banners have been hung right outside of the walls facing the people passing by with LEVEL 99’s logo and images giving us a peek at what will await us once inside.
This is also the first major sign of work we’ve seen here since LEVEL 99 was announced in February 2025.

And if you’re looking for more, look UP! There’s a sizzle reel playing on the jumbo screen above the building’s entrance that will give you more insight into the food, drinks, fun, and everything else LEVEL 99 will have to offer.

While there’s not much actively going on outside the building, the addition of walls and hedges suggests that construction crews are already hard at work getting LEVEL 99 ready to welcome its first visitors inside.
We’ll be keeping a close watch over the construction progress at Level 99 ahead of its opening. Don’t worry — we’ll also be bringing you along for ALL of the fun you can experience when it opens at Disney Springs. Be sure to check back in with us at AllEars for all the latest!
