We're LOVING The Look of This Newly Refurbished Disney Springs Store!

Good news for those of you looking to shop until you drop in Disney Springs!

We’re big fans of all the shopping you can do in this district, and, of course, the dining options are a big hit with us too. Earlier this month, Rothy’s in Disney Springs closed for a brief refurbishment, but we’re happy to confirm it’s now back open!

Rothy’s is a store that can be found between the Vera Bradley store and Sugarboo. After closing for a refurbishment around September 16th, with a sign on the store stating “Temporarily closed for a quick refresh. We’ll be back soon,” the store is now open again.

We spoke to a Cast Member who informed us that the store reopened on Friday, September 26th, indicating that the refurbishment lasted approximately 10 days. The new look inside the store looks great — we love how easy it is to find everything!

If you’re not familiar with Rothy’s, the store opened in Disney Springs in late November 2023. This store is known for selling sustainable accessories, primarily shoes and bags, made from recycled plastic bottles and other repurposed materials.

Marine plastic is used in all of their bags, and according to their website, is “collected within 30 miles of coastlines where there are no formal recycling programs.” Their products are also machine-washable and intended to be used over, and over, and over again, so durability is a big factor here.
