A new holiday exclusive has arrived in Disney Springs!

Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar is one of our favorite spots in Disney World! The Indiana Jones-themed bar offers fun cocktails, delicious small plates, and truly iconic holiday themeing. For the first time ever, the bar is transforming into Jock Lindsey’s Halloween Hangar Bar!
It’s time for Spooky Season! Jock Lindsey’s Halloween Hangar Bar has finally arrived! The limited-time themeing is available from August 19th until November 4th, 2025. The Disney Springs bar takes on the holiday spirit with new decor on the exterior and interior.

We spotted tons of hanging multicolored garlands, vintage-inspired Halloween signs, and so many pumpkins! Disney even shared that you should look for the “Bigelow’s Air Circus” banner with faded lettering and weathered canvas. Bigelow’s Air Circus is a reference to the 1991 Disney film The Rocketeer, plus there’s another reference to the film on a ‘South Seas Club’ coaster.

To dine, we had the Alien Invader Sliders for $16. They’re crispy Nashville hot fried chicken, sliced provolone, dill pickle slices, cheddar-chive biscuit, and Queen olives. We really enjoyed these! The spice rub on the chicken was fantastic. It was a bit sweet, but also had lots of flavor without being spicy.

The biscuit was fluffy and moist and held up fairly well to being the bread for the sandwich. We would definitely grab again. Next were the Cursed Mummy Sausages for $14. They’re mini smoked sausages wrapped in puff pastry and served with pomegranate-mustard sauce.

These come inside a box that makes noises and sounds when you open it. The boxes make a total of five different sounds, so listen closely. The hot dogs were juicy and had a good snap when we bit into them. The dough was crispy on the outside and nice and buttery. The Phantom Dumplings for $14 were made with chicken and pork dumplings wrapped in rice paper and served with teriyaki dipping sauce. The meatball was juicy and meaty.

The rice paper was a bit hard to bite through, but honestly, we thought it was worth it for the cuteness factor. We wouldn’t say the rice paper added much flavor-wise, but it’s adorable! The spooky Zombie Eye Bites are $17 and made with traditional deviled egg filling, crispy fried chicken, and black olives.

These are pretty classic deviled eggs on top of a piece of fried chicken. The deviled eggs were really tasty! The filling was whipped and creamy. The fried chicken was an interesting addition, but actually tasted pretty good with the deviled egg. It reminded us of chicken salad in a weird way. The Skull of the Dead for $16 comes with Mojo pork, cheddar, flour tortilla, and pickle pico de gallo. These actually come with a little syringe full of a Siracha-flavored sauce.

The sauce wasn’t overly spicy, but it added a good flavor to the quesadillas! The meat inside the quesadillas was so tender and juicy. It’s not the most exciting item, but they still looked really neat and tasted great! They’re a safe, but on-theme, item.

To drink, we tried the Cauldron Cooler for $17.50 comes with Hendrick’s Gin, Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur, lemon juice, simple syrup, and butterfly pea extract. First, this one changes colors from purple to pink when you add the little vial into it! This drink is on the sweeter side, and it reminded us a bit of the violet sake in EPCOT, but not as intense.

It has an almost lavender flavor, and a nice amount of lemon came through. It isn’t super tart, it was refreshing and easy to sip on, plus the color changing is so fun! This is stronger than it tastes, so be wary. You can also find the Snake Egg Surprise for $6.75! It’s made with Simply Lemonade, lime juice, desert pear syrup, and green apple boba pearls.

The Scarab Beetle Essence for $16.50 is made with Siesta Key Silver Rum, Malibu Coconut Rum, Bols Blue Curaçao Liqueur, DOLE Pineapple juice, and grenadine.

And The Spike Trap for $16.50 with Malibu Coconut Rum, Stoli Vanilla Vodka, cream of coconut, and Sprite, garnished with a ghost marshmallow!

We are seriously obsessed with the Halloween version of a bar we already loved. We’re eager to head back again and again until this offering wraps up in November. Then, we’ll be ready for Jock Lindsey’s Holiday Bar! As always, be sure to keep following AllEars for more Disney news, reviews, and updates.
