Gideon’s Bakehouse Announces NEW Additions - See The August 2025 Lineup Here!

It’s a new month, and that means loads of things in Disney World!

There are ride closures happening in the parks to make way for refurbishments, new secret menu items, and new seasonal menus are also up for grabs now that the new month has arrived. One of our favorite places to enjoy new treats each month is Gideon’s Bakehouse, and if you love cookie butter, let’s just say you’re about to be a BIG fan of the August menu!

Gideon’s Bakehouse just released its new menu for August, and what immediately caught our eye was the new cake — Butterscotch Cookie Butter Cake! This has three layers of Vanilla Bean Cake, a new Butterscotch Buttercream, a layer of REAL Cookie Butter, along with Butterscotch Chips and Biscoff Cookie Crumbs in between the layers, complete with a Cookie Butter Drip on top. YUM, YUM, and YUM. You can grab it every Wednesday and Saturday this month at both locations, but there is a limit of two slices per customer.

As for cookies, be sure to check out the Butterscotch’s Cookie Butter Butterscotch Cookie! The dough is a mixture of Gideon’s secrets and Biscoff Cookie Butter, and is packed with premium Butterscotch Chips and crushed Biscoff Cookies. It’ll be available while supplies last each day at both locations, with a limit of two cookies per customer.

For the coffee drinkers, Stuart’s Cold Brew a.k.a. Orange Mocha is back, which we know lots of you will be excited about. If you love chocolate, orange, and coffee flavors together, this is not one to miss. Plus, it’s vegan AND gluten-free!

And don’t forget about the collectible character on the menu this month! We love Prince Cassius Sizlecroft already, and know we’ll need to get our hands on one of those menus ASAP. You can get yours by waiting in line at Gideon’s, or get one with every merchandise order placed at the store in the month of August.

There are also classic staples on the menu like there are every month — two of our favorites are the GIANT Chocolate Chip cookies and Cookies & Cream cookies. These are especially great to bring home on the final day of your trip to enjoy once your trip is over!
