We're Expecting Disney To Announce Some MAJOR News This Month

It’s the most wonderful time of the year! Wait, what?

Okay, okay, we know that the holiday season is still months away — but Disney World gets started EARLY. We can’t wait to stroll down Main Street, U.S.A. with its festive wreaths and garlands, and we think we may be getting some HUGE holiday Disney World news soon.

Thinking about planning a holiday trip to Disney World, but are waiting on dates to be released for Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party and Jollywood Nights? We know the feeling! While we still don’t have dates for 2025 just yet, we do anticipate Disney will be announcing them soon, based on what we’ve seen in past years.

Dates for Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party are usually released around mid-June. Let’s take a look at when Disney revealed these dates over the past few years:

June 24th, 2024 — Monday
June 15th, 2023 — Thursday
June 23rd, 2022 — Thursday

With that in mind, we’re anticipating dates to be released over the next week. Possibly on Monday, June 16th, Thursday, June 19th, or Monday, June 23rd.

As far as Jollywood Nights goes, we’re expecting a similar timeframe. Last year, Jollywood Nights dates were released on the same day as Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, June 24th. It’s likely the same will be true again this year, so make sure you’re keeping an eye out for our announcement!

Jollywood Nights at Disney’s Hollywood Studios hosts nearly a dozen nights of yuletide cheer in November and December. We can’t wait to see it return in 2025!

And, at Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, from 7 PM to 12 AM during select nights at Magic Kingdom park, this annual ticketed event brings Christmas joy to guests of all ages with festive decorations, towering Christmas trees, and wintry wonderful entertainment.
