NEW Cookies! Cake Slices! Coffee! Gideon's Bakehouse's February Menu Is HERE in Disney World!

It’s a new month, and that means it’s time for many spots around Disney World to release new monthly specials!

One of the places we look forward to visiting the most each month is Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs. You can find delicious offerings here all year round, but we’re always excited to see what exclusive offerings will only be available for a limited time, and February does not disappoint!

This month, you can get TWO limited-time cake and cookie flavors, starting with The Eternal Flame! This returning cookie is Velvety Chocolate Cookie laced with special in-house Ancho, Cayenne, and Cinnamon Spice Mix, infused with a magical essence of cherry and topped with Chocolate Covered Cherries.

You can also grab The Eternal Flame cake slice on every Sunday and Thursday this month!

The other special cookie flavor this month is a returning favorite: the White Chocolate Caramel Macadamia Nut Cookie. What makes this one extra special is the homemade Salted Caramel used in it!

Now, you may be sitting here saying, “Wait, you said TWO exclusive cake slices!” Correct! Every Wednesday and Saturday, you can find the delicious Strawberry Cream Cake.

For the coffee fans out there, you can grab the Mocha Nitro Cold Brew, which certainly has a touch of heat to it if you drink it fast! If you’re a fan of the merchandise Gideon’s also releases each month, you’ll love the new options here — a Year of the Gargoyle Pin: Fire Edition, a glasses cleaner, a Year of the Gargoyle shirt, and so much more. We know we can’t wait to try these offerings this month, and if you’re determined to grab some of the new items, we suggest getting to the store earlier rather than later, especially on weekends! Most of these treats are limited to two per person and do sell out throughout the day, so the earlier you are, the better chance you have of getting them.
