Is Disney Keeping a SECRET About a Haunted Mansion Bar on the NEW Destiny Cruise Ship?

Disney Cruise Line fans had a big week, and we are still excited about the newest announcement!

There will be a new ship joining the fleet in 2025 and we are digging into all the news to see what could be in store on board this new ship!

Disney Cruise Line recently announced that their newest ship will be setting sail in 2025 and will be named the Disney Destiny.

This ship will feature a “Heroes and Villains” theme, and plans to “empower guests to embrace their own calling aboard every unforgettable voyage.” While sailing on board, you will encounter some of your favorite Disney stories including Hercules, 101 Dalmatians, and The Lion King.

We have been carefully analyzing a particular image from the video. We are shown this hallway with eight doors at the end of the video. Five doors have symbols on them, and we are diving into what they could mean! (Plus, three have no symbol, so we are curious if that might mean something too.)

We have already explored what the jolly roger symbol from Pirates might mean for the new ship, but we also took special notice of the symbol on the far-left door. It is giving us serious Haunted Mansion vibes.

While we are just speculating here, we think this could signify that the Haunted Mansion lounge may also be coming to the Destiny. Disney Cruise Line has already announced that the Treasure will have a Haunted Mansion themed lounge. Could this also mean it will be coming to the Destiny?

Disney Cruise Line has released some concept art pictures for the new lounge on the Treasure. We loved the decor and decorations planned for this new lounge and are just ‘dying’ to step inside.  We also got a sneak peek of some of the drinks and merchandise coming to this new experience.

Some of the drink options teased include the Ghoulish Delight, Sympathetic Libations, and a twist on a margarita. As well as exclusive t-shirts, mugs, and decorations only available for purchase on board. 

We think the lounge will be a hauntingly good time and we are curious to see if this is what the Haunted Mansion symbol is representing onboard the Disney Destiny.  It could also mean something completely different, and we are excited either way!
