How to Work Out INSIDE a Disney Park!

Walking around Disneyland can be quite the workout!

Especially if you’re park hopping across Disneyland and Disney California Adventure, that step count can really add up! However, if trekking across the parks isn’t enough of a workout for you, then you should check out this new perk being offered to Disneyland Hotel guests.

You can now take group fitness classes from the Tenaya Stone Spa at the Grand Californian Hotel and Spa. These classes are available for all Disneyland Resort Hotel guests, not just those staying at the Grand Californian.

Some of the classes include yoga with a view of Disney California Adventure, guided meditation, an obstacle course through Redwood Creek Challenge Trail, paddle boarding in the Grand Californian pool, aqua yoga, awakening yoga, boot camp at California Adventure, Disney Ears yoga, power walking through California Adventure, sound meditation, and stretching!

You can take these classes for an additional fee by making a reservation online, over the phone, or in person at the spa.
