If you’ve been keeping up with Florida weather, you’ll know that it’s been very hot and humid out here. We’ve been sweating it out at Disney World almost all of this month.
But the best part of summer at Disney World is ice cream, and we were happy to see a new ice cream shop open recently at Disney’s BoardWalk.
Disney’s BoardWalk Ice Cream previously only offered sundaes and scoops of ice cream in cups, but you can now get ice cream cones here, too! A Cake or Sugar Cone is $4.99, with a double scoop in a cone costing $5.99.
So we got a Double Scoop of Coffee Ice Cream with Mint Chocolate Chip in A Cake Cone.
And it was quite a refreshing treat — perfect for a hot Florida day.
So if you happen to be in the EPCOT resort area and can’t nab a reservation for Beaches & Cream, keep in mind that you can now get an ice cream cone at BoardWalk Ice Cream. And if we spot any other ice cream additions at Disney World, we’ll let you know.
