PHOTOS: Sneak Peek At Disneyland’s Spookiest Holiday Decoration!

If you’re ready for the holiday season, then you’ll be happy to know that Disney made a lot of announcements today about all the seasonal offerings!

We’ve got new events and returning favorites at Disney World this year, but there’s plenty of fun to be had at Disneyland Resort as well! The fan-favorite Haunted Mansion Holiday ride overlay will be returning, and with it, the famous gingerbread house.

This is the 20th year of the Haunted Mansion Holiday overlay, and with the ride transformation comes the incredible gingerbread house, located in the mansion’s Grand Hall. This year, the design team is paying homage to all the former gingerbread houses, and it’s incredibly elaborate!

Tim Wollweber, associate art director for Disney Parks noted that “This year’s Franken-house stitches together favorite elements from the previous 19 houses!” The house is definitely going to be a sight to behold, so you won’t want to miss it when it goes on display.
