D23 has been releasing the sweetest Mickey Plushes inspired by different shorts and attractions.
However, the newest addition to D23’s recent merchandise has a special place in our hearts as it’s designed after the man who started it all!
In honor of D23’s Fantastic Worlds Celebration, D23 members will be able to purchase the limited edition “A Man and His Mouse Mickey” Plush inspired by Walt Disney!
Disney Legend, Imagineer, and Mickey’s official portrait artist John Hench created an image for Mickey’s 70th birthday in honor of Walt. Since Walt put so much of his personality into making Mickey, Hench made sure to include Walt’s favorite orange work sweater that Lillian Disney gifted to him after Walt’s passing.
The “A Man and His Mouse Mickey” Plush also has this orange sweater in honor of Walt Disney. The plush will come with a Certification of Authenticity and a Year of the Mouse window box on Amazon for D23 members. As more Mickey plushes make their way online, we’ll give you a look at the other D23 offers soon!
