A lot is going on at Disneyland Paris with the opening of Disney Adventure World and more exciting rides to come as part of the new park’s expansion!

On top of that, Disneyland Paris is also in the process of a major renovation of a popular hotel. The reservation began at the beginning of this year, and Disney just released new details on what’s to come!
If you’re looking for a travel agent to help with your vacation, we recommend our friends at Mouse Fan Travel. They’re experts in the field with over 20 years of vacation planning experience, and they can help take a bunch of the stress out of the entire booking process for you!
The Disney Sequoia Lodge is a hotel at Disneyland Paris that has similar vibes to the Wilderness Lodge at Disney World. It has an outdoorsy and campy type of feel when you’re staying there. Disney began renovations on the hotel at the start of 2026, hoping to improve guest experience.

The renovations will bring a whole new feel to the ‘woodland’ hotel while still “preserving the hotel’s warm, authentic, woodland atmosphere that has been appreciated since 1992.”

The new version of the hotel will have three different themes! One will be a design inspired by Bambi, another a celebration of Pocahontas, and a design dedicated to Disney Pixar’s Brave.

Well, Disney just announced that guests will finally be able to stay in these renovated rooms in the first quarter of 2027, while the rest of the rooms and other areas of the lodge, including the lobby, restaurants, shopping, and recreation areas, will be renovated and redesigned progressively. So, you will be able to stay at the hotel during the renovation.

We’re pretty thrilled that we’ll be able to see the new hotel next year, even though we won’t get to experience it in its fullness just yet. We can’t wait to see how the themes of some of Disney’s most iconic films come to life.

Disneyland Paris is the place to be right now! You’ll have to book a trip to check out the brand-new park, which offers the World of Frozen, a Rapunzel-themed ride, and more to come!
