ALERT! Magic Kingdom Is SOLD OUT for Annual Passholders on Two Important Dates

Disney World is filling up for the holidays!

Happy holidays from Disney World!

If you’re a Disney Annual Passholder and you were planning on going to the Magic Kingdom on the final night of the year, it might be time to change those plans!

Annual Passholders who were looking to ring in the New Year at Disney World may need to adjust their plans, as Magic Kingdom is now full on December 31st, 2025. That now makes two of the big holiday dates full at the Magic Kingdom, as Christmas Day reservations became unavailable a couple of days ago.

Christmas at the Magic Kingdom

This doesn’t come as a surprise, as New Year’s Eve draws in some of the largest crowds of the year, every single year. Not only is it fun to start the new year off at the Most Magical Place on Earth, but the park also offers extra late-night operating hours and the park’s signature Fantasy in the Sky fireworks, performed at 11:50 PM on both December 30th and December 31st.

Fantasy in the Sky fireworks!

The park may be full, but don’t be disappointed yet! Passholders won’t be able to reserve for Magic Kingdom as their starting park on December 31st, but they can still reserve for the other three parks on that day, as they’re still available. This is a plus because, although not guaranteed, park hopping into Magic Kingdom that night is a possibility based on previous years.

Fantasy in the Sky

If you aren’t able to get into Magic Kingdom via park hopping, you still have the three other parks as an option to celebrate New Year’s Eve at, as reservations for all three are still available. Let us tell you, New Year’s Eve at EPCOT is something SPECIAL — so don’t sleep on it!

If you want to spend New Year’s Eve at Disney World, our recommendation to you is to book a park reservation NOW, and decide if you’ll park hop or stay at that already booked park on that day! Reservations for the other three may be available now, but they may not be tomorrow.

Santa!

For a large portion of the last two weeks of December 2025, Park Passes are already booked up for theme park ticket holders and Resort guests. This starts on December 24th (Christmas Eve) and runs through December 31st (New Year’s Eve). After all, this is the busiest time of the year!
