Universal Orlando Announces NEW Details on Mardi Gras 2026

It seems like when it comes to theme parks, you rarely get a moment to breathe and be present in the current season. We’re in November, and Universal Orlando is already dropping news on Mardi Gras 2026!

Mardi Gras is a blast at Universal Orlando — we look forward to it every year. If you want to book a trip for the party, the time has arrived. Universal has officially released details about their 2026 Mardi Gras celebrations, so let’s take a look!

Believe it or not, Universal Orlando’s Mardi Gras: International Flavors of Carnaval is only a few months away. The celebration officially begins on February 7th, 2026, and will go through April 4th, 2026. Universal has confirmed that everything will be returning in 2026, from parades to street performers to the iconic, colorful beads.

Confetti!

There will also be diverse cuisine available all around the park. On top of all that, guests can enjoy live performances from some of the biggest names in music on select nights — one of our favorite parts of the celebration!

Of course, the Mardi Gras Float Ride and Dine Experience will also be returning in 2026. This experience allows guests to enjoy a delicious three-course meal on the day of their visit — featuring one appetizer, one entrée, one dessert, and one non-alcoholic beverage offered from one of five participating restaurants. After that, guests will then get to ride on one of the parade floats that evening — COOL RIGHT?! It starts at $94.99 plus tax per person, and you can reserve your spot by calling 407-224-7554 or visiting the Universal Orlando website.

The restaurants that will be participating in the Mardi Gras Float Ride and Dine Experience in 2026 are:

    • The Cowfish Sushi Burger Bar (Universal CityWalk)
    • NBC Sports Grill & Brew (Universal CityWalk)
    • Lombard’s Seafood Grille (Universal Studios Florida)
    • Confisco Grille (Universal Islands of Adventure; 2-Park ticket required)
    • Antojitos Authentic Mexican Restaurant (Universal CityWalk; available for dinner only)

Outside of that separately priced experience, guests will be able to enjoy the majority of Mardi Gras at the park just by being there under normal park admission. So if you don’t need or want to do anything special, you won’t have to pay anything extra to enjoy the party — you’ll still get to watch the parade, catch some beads, and have access to trying some unique food.

Diverse food!

We know more news will be dropping on the popular celebration at the park eventually, so we’ll be keeping an eye out for it whenever that happens. Make sure to stay tuned to AllEars to stay up to date with the latest!
