It’s the most wonderful time of the year — the time when we talk about Christmas at Disneyland Resort!

Disneyland during Christmas

Christmas is coming back to Disneyland once again on November 14th, and the holiday season will continue through January 7th, 2026. If you’re dreaming of a Disney Christmas, wait till you see all the things in store for the resort this year!

Christmas will be a special one at Disneyland this year! Not only will it be the most wonderful time of the year, but it will be during Disneyland’s 70th Anniversary. The Christmas season will be filled with lots of treats, entertainment, character meet-and-greets, and more. Let’s take a look at everything that Disney has confirmed so far!

Disneyland Park

Over at Disneyland, we’ll get to see Mickey, Minnie, and friends dressed in their best festive look. Their new outfit designs will have a holiday look paired with their 70^th Celebration look.

Wintertime Enchantment at Sleeping Beauty’s Winter Castle is back once again. Featuring 80,000 gorgeous lights, the iconic castle transforms into a snowy, sparkling version of itself. Of course, the breathtaking “Believe…In Holiday Magic” fireworks nighttime spectacular is back. Yes, it will be snowing down Main Street U.S.A.

The “A Christmas Fantasy Parade” is back, featuring your favorite Disney characters, toy soldiers, and dancing gingerbread cookies. Also confirmed are the holiday-themed attraction overlays. Experience “it’s a small world” Holiday and the iconic Haunted Mansion Holiday.

“Holiday Fun with Santa and Friends!” is returning to the Fantasyland Theatre. Your kiddos will be able to join in craft-making, holiday classic sing-alongs, and Christmas photo ops with select Disney characters and Santa Claus himself.

Disney California Adventure

Many festive experiences are coming back to Disney California Adventure — including “Mickey’s Happy Holidays” cavalcade, “Mirabel’s Gifts of the Season” show on select days, “A Musical Christmas with Mariachi Alegría de Disneyland & Miguel!” show, and the Disney ¡Viva Navidad!

Along with that, join your friends at Cars Land in a world decorated in colorful lights, wreaths, bows, and Christmas-looking cones. Holiday overlays for attractions will be available, such as “Luigi’s Joy to the Whirl” and “Mater’s Jingle Jamboree.”

Disneyland Resort Hotels

The Disneyland Resort hotels will have their halls decked in Christmas cheer. Get ready for gorgeous decorations, specialty dining, carolling, and the chance to meet Santa.

There will be several festive character dining options to choose from this holiday season. One of them is a NEW character dinner experience called Mickey’s Christmas Carol Feast! This will be available at Storytellers Cafe at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. There will also be Daisy’s Holiday Pajama Party at Storytellers Cafe for breakfast and brunch, where Daisy Duck and Donald Duck join the character lineup.

Over at the Disneyland Hotel, check out Goofy’s Kitchen Celebrates the Holidays!, or join in Holiday Tea with Santa and Mrs. Claus at Hearthstone Lounge at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. Reservations will be available soon!

Downtown Disney

The Downtown Disney District will also turn into a winter wonderland for the holiday season. There will be live music at the Downtown Disney LIVE! Stage. Chip and Dale’s Ornament Trail will be returning this year, inviting you to search for special ornaments hanging from trees throughout Downtown Disney.
