Don’t Forget! 1900 Park Fare Reopens With MAJOR Changes Tomorrow in Disney World

Since everything closed down at Disney World in 2020, most things around the resort have reopened for us to enjoy.

Grand Floridian Resort

However, one popular restaurant has yet to reopen at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort. 1900 Park Fare, a character buffet at the hotel, has remained closed for the past few years. This cute restaurant where you could meet characters like Mary Poppins and The Mad Hatter, is now finally reopening but with a few MAJOR changes, including new characters.

1900 Park Fare is officially reopening its (new) doors to guests starting tomorrow, April 10th! While you have been able to make dining reservations at this location for a little while, you’ll now be able to use those reservations.

Not only is this beloved restaurant opening, but it will also include some updates. The main dining room has been refurbished, new characters are coming to meet you, and even a few new menu items will be available!

Previously, Mary Poppins, The Mad Hatter, Winnie the Pooh, and Cinderella were among the many characters you could meet at 1900 Park Fare. Now, when it reopens (tomorrow!), you can join the many Disney characters who have worked to make their wishes come true. Mirabel, Tiana, Aladdin, and Cinderella will be excited to visit you as you dine on the returning and famous strawberry soup!

Tiana’s famous gumbo will also be on the new menu! We can’t wait to try all the new items and to finally see the strawberry soup return home. If you’re headed to Disney World from here on out, you can search for reservations at 1900 Park Fare. Stay tuned for our review at this character buffet!
