Disney's Newest Popcorn Bucket Is Going To Be POPULAR

Every single time we say that we’re not going to spend any more money on Disney popcorn buckets, a cute new one comes out.

Disney just announced that they were dropping a new popcorn bucket, and believe us when we say it’s one of the cutest ones we’ve ever seen. Except… we think only a FEW of you will appreciate it for what it is. Let us explain. A lot of people MOURNED the loss of the Great Movie Ride when it disappeared from Disney’s Hollywood Studios. A lot of people blamed Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway for their loss when it replaced the Great Movie Ride. Well, if you’re anti Runaway Railway, this isn’t the post for you. Skedaddle.

Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway landed at Disneyland in 2023. Since then, we’ve seen all sorts of adorable merchandise themed to the ride. Now, one of our favorite Runaway Railway souvenirs officially exists.

Say hello to the Chuuby Popcorn Bucket! Disney just shared that this popcorn bucket will be available at Disneyland starting March 19th exclusively at the popcorn cart in Mickey’s Toontown.

Chuuby is an adorable little bird that was created just for Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway. An Imagineer told the OC Register that his name was supposed to be “Chubby,” but there was a typo in production. They all found the name “Chuuby” to be way cuter!

From what we can see, the strap attaches to Chuuby’s head. The opening is probably on the back of his head or on his back!
