The My Disney Experience app is your lifeline when you’re in the Disney World parks!
It has just about anything you might need to know during your trip and holds your hotel, ticket, dining, and Genie+ reservations all in one place. You also search for specific things on the map including bathrooms, and first aid spots, and now there’s something NEW you can search for!
One of our favorite tips for the park is to bring your own water bottle. There are many water bottle refill stations around the parks and hotels…and it just got easier to find them!
We checked the My Disney Experience app and noticed that you can now look at water bottle refill stations on the map. This makes it so much easier to find them instead of having to hunt them down while you’re thirsty in the parks.
In the search bar, type “water bottle”. The first option that pops up should be “Water Bottle Refill Stations” — go ahead and click on it!
Then this page will show up. Click on “Find on Map”.
That will show ALL of the water bottle refill stations around Disney World property.
You can click on the icon for more information. For example, the refill station in Tomorrowland on the map is inside Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Cafe.

It is incredibly important to stay hydrated at WDW and yet the amount of water refill stations available in each parks is low.
Maybe bring a larger container to store your important hydration in so that fewer refills would be needed? And just how did guests ever manage to survive all day at WDW in the 70’s, back before carrying around a personal water jug was “de rigueur”?
