ALERT? Universal Confirms Its Legacy Store Is CLOSING Soon

CityWalk is a fantastic spot for dining and shopping at Universal Orlando — and you don’t even need a park ticket!

We look out for all the latest Epic Universe (Universal’s NEW park) updates, but it turns out there’s a popular store that’s CLOSING in Universal’s CityWalk soon.

According to Click Orlando, the Universal Legacy Store will be closing on January 7th to make way for a new experience for guests. Details haven’t been released at this time, but Universal Orlando has stated that “more details will be revealed soon.”

This store opened in 2021 and offered guests an “up-close look at props, photographs, and models from some of Universal Orlando’s popular attractions and shows.”

Over the past couple of weeks, props have disappeared from the store, prompting frequent guests to wonder what’s coming next.

As we mentioned, Universal hasn’t revealed what’s coming to replace this store yet, but we’ll keep our eyes out for updates. The good news is that there are plenty of other Universal-themed shops in the area, so you’ve still got some options!
