The Starship Lemonade is a non-alcoholic drink with butterfly pea flower, lemonade, and Sprite served with a glow cube.  We thought the pea flower paired really well with the citrus flavors and loved the fun purple color it gave the drink.

The Solar Flare Sour is a zero-proof cocktail with Lyre’s Agave Blanco Non-alcoholic Tequila, mango, lime juice, grapefruit bitters, and Fever Tree tonic water. Since there are trace amounts of alcohol, children are not able to order this one.

We really enjoyed the grapefruit bitters in this, and the bartender suggested adding tequila if you want to make it an alcoholic beverage.

The Galaxy Spritz is made with Lagoon Bay Aperitif, half an ounce of lychee liqueur, fresh lemon juice, and topped with a brut prosecco. This one is super refreshing, and they recommend it at the beginning of the meal.

The Illumination is made with Bacardi Rum, Malibu Caribbean Rum, passion fruit, blood orange, pineapple, lime sour, and passion fruit boba. We thought this was a refreshing tropical drink with a fun texture from the passion fruit boba!

Then we tried the Space Age Mule, a refreshing blend of Tito’s Homemade Vodka, fresh carrot juice, mango, lime juice, ginger beer, and chili lime seasoning rim. The ginger beer had a bold flavor, but it wasn’t too strong, and the chili lime seasoning added a tangy kick! We did think this tasted almost like a health food cocktail due to the carrot and mango, but we really liked it.

The Gamma Burst has Grey Goose Essences Strawberry & Lemongrass, Midori Melon Liqueur, and strawberry popping pearls. This one reminded us of a Midori Sour, but with a fun strawberry twist.

We also tried the Black Hole Fashioned, made with Knob Creek Bourbon Whiskey, demerara syrup, and whiskey barrel-aged bitters.

The M4RG4R1TA consists of Espolon Blanco Tequila, watermelon lime sour, and salted lime foam.

We also tried the Saturn 2.0 — a cocktail made with Bacardi Reserva Ocho Rum, Velvet Falernum Liqueur, orgeat, passion fruit, and lemon juice.

The Command Center was crafted with Hendrick’s Gin, St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur, lemon juice, citrus, and elderflower foam.

Next, we had the Shuttle Crew, made with Ketel One Botanical Peach & Orange Blossom Vodka, vanilla, tangerine, Red Bull, and tang foam.

The Up All Night was a fun version of an espresso martini, made with Absolute Vanilla, Vodka, Chilled Espresso, Kalua, and Cream de Cacao.

The Moon Rocks isn’t new on the menu, but it does have a new recipe! It’s a non-alcoholic drink made with lemon juice, blue cotton candy syrup, Sprite, pineapple juice, and pop rocks.

Moon Rocks

It used to be much sweeter and had coconut instead of lemon juice. Now, it’s very refreshing and not sugar-forward (but it is still sweet!)

They added six new food items to the menu as well:

  • Neptuna Tartare: Sushi grade yellowfin tuna, avocado crema, mango coulis, edamame, wonton crisp, and yuzu dressing

  • Bone-in Pork Chop: Slow-roasted 16 oz. pork chop, corn flan, succotash, and spiced applesauce
