NEW Nonstop Flight Announced for Orlando International Airport

How do YOU get to Disney World from your hometown? For many, flying into Orlando International Airport is the typical option.

Over the past few years, it’s become much easier to fly from several spots to Orlando, with many more nonstop flights being added constantly. Now, a NEW nonstop flight has been announced.

If you fly out of Eau Claire, Wisconsin, you now have the option of getting a nonstop flight to Orlando International Airport via Sun Country Airlines. Orlando International Airport recently shared the news on Twitter.

Non-stop flights will depart Eau Claire twice a week from April 21st through August 7th, just in time for the summer season at Disney World. Note that standard fares include one under-seat item at no charge, but if you want to bring more bags, there is an additional fee — you can pay that fee up-front to save some money (it’s more expensive if you wait until you check in at the airport). Checked bags will also cost an additional fee.

You’ll also need to know how to get to Disney World from the airport. There are several shuttle bus options, including Mears Connect and the Sunshine Flyer.
