FIRST LOOK at Disney’s New Mickey & Minnie Character Costumes

You may have met Mickey and Minnie before, and even seen Captain Mickey Mouse and Captain Minnie Mouse onboard one of the Disney Cruise Line sailings before, you’ve never met them like this!

This year, Disney Cruise Line is celebrating its 25th Anniversary with “Silver Anniversary at Sea.” They’ve already shared details about new things you’ll be able to check out, like a new song, new merchandise, and a new membership tier for the Castaway Club. But as part of the celebration, Mickey and Minnie will also be getting NEW outfits and we got a first look at them!

Disney had previously shared some concept art for their new outfits…

…but here’s a look at the real thing! These are the updated Captain Mickey Mouse and Captain Minnie Mouse outfits for Disney Cruise Line’s “Silver Anniversary at Sea.”

Mickey and Minnie’s shiny new outfits feature sparkly touches, fabric with various tones, and gold accents too. Their outfits showcase the signature color of the entire celebration — “Shimmering Seas.”

Captain Mickey and Captain Minnie will be making appearances in their new attire exclusively on “Silver Anniversary at Sea” sailings across all five of the Disney Cruise Line ships from May through September 2023.
