The MUST TRY Treats at Mickeys Very Merry Christmas Party in Disney World

Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party has officially begun in Magic Kingdom!

The party has started!

Running on select nights from November 8th to December 22nd, 2022, the hard-ticket event gives a smaller group of guests access to shorter wait times, exclusive entertainment, and TONS of festive treats. And if you’re planning on visiting the party this year, these are our top picks for the snacks you can get!

NOTE: While many of these are party-exclusive treats, some are available during the daytime at Magic Kingdom as well.

Of course, one of our favorite parts about Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party is the FOOD! So we’ve rounded up our top treats from the event so you know which ones to try — starting with the Christmas Wreath Doughnut!

Christmas Wreath Donut

You can grab this from various carts along Main Street, U.S.A. for $4.50. A Disney World snack for less than $5? Sign us up.

We also tried the Mickey Mousse Ornament Treat and were blown away by how good it was! Gingerbread mousse plus spiced almond cake and brownie bits? Yes, please.

It’s so cute!

You can pick this up from Main Street Bakery (A.K.A. Starbucks) for $6.49.

The Christmas Tree Cake over at Casey’s Corner was also a hit — it’s made with red velvet brownie cheesecake with eggnog buttercream and spiced caramel topped with mini sugar Christmas lights.

Christmas Tree Cake

It’s available during Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party for $5.29.

If you’re looking for something on the savory side, the Curry Brat Tots might strike your fancy. These are tots topped with chopped bratwurst, curry ketchup, and apple slaw.

We love how sharable these are and are a nice change from all the sweet treats. You’ll find these over at the Friar’s Nook!

Also at the Friar’s Nook is the Tinker Bell Cream Puff — a cream puff and compressed carrot cake topped with spiced cream cheese icing, spiced walnuts, and chocolate wings.

Pretty!

This was pretty large for a cream puff and could easily be split between two people!

Over at Sunshine Tree Terrace, the Once Upon a Christmastime Tart is quite the stunning snack! It’s a chocolate and cranberry tart with chocolate Mickey ears — and it’s so cute.

If you’re a fan of fruit and chocolate dessert combinations, this one might be for you!

We’re comin’ at ya with another savory snack: the Holiday Dinner Dog! You know, the classic holiday dinner of an all-beef hot dog with cranberry mustard, savory stuffing funnel cake, and cheese curds. You can find this at Casey’s Corner as well!

Holiday Dinner Dog

The Holiday Dinner Dog is $12.99.

Over at Auntie Gravity’s Galactic Goodies, they’re serving up a Sugar Plum Shake made with spiced sugar plum soft-serve topped with cherry syrup, whipped cream, and sprinkles.

Sugar Plum Shake

This was definitely something a bit different than your usual peppermint or gingerbread!

You’ll also find the Lock, Shock, and Barrel Sundae at Auntie Gravity’s.

Lock, Shock, and Barrel Sundae

It’s made with vanilla cake, vanilla ice cream, strawberry topping, whipped cream, and Christmas sprinkles with a Lock, Shock, and Barrel chocolate piece for $17.99!!!

Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe is serving up a Texas-sized Sweet Potato Pie for $5.79.

Sweet Potato Pie

This is a baked sweet potato pie with marshmallow meringue and candied pecans. It was on the sweet side, but we enjoyed it!

You’ll find a Christmas Style Fried Pork Tamale at Golden Oak Outpost.

Fried Pork Tamale

It comes with red and green chile sauces for $9.99. This was a great snack, but we wish there had been a bigger portion.

You can grab a sweet treat at Golden Oak Outpost as well — the Chai Caramel Freeze!

Chai Caramel Freeze

It’s a salted caramel freeze with chai spiced whipped cream. The perfect frozen treat for a hot holiday evening in Walt Disney World.

There’s a Peppermint Brownie Sundae available during Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, and we enjoyed it — though it wasn’t anything too remarkable. It’s made with peppermint ice cream, hot fudge, and candy cane pieces served on a brownie. You can grab it at Plaza Ice Cream Parlour for $8.29.

Peppermint Brownie Sundae

Also at Plaza Ice Cream is the Candy Cane Hot Cocoa for $7.99. It was a classic hot cocoa with peppermint ice cream and bits of candy cane. This was really nostalgic and made the evening feel like Christmas!

Candy Cane Hot Cocoa

We stopped by Cool Ship over in Tomorrowland to see what the Polar Bear Claw was like, but we didn’t end up loving this one as much as we had hoped! You can pick it up for $6.50.

Over at Sleepy Hollow Refreshments, we tried the Sandy Claws Peppermint Mousse.

Sandy Claws Peppermint Mousse

It’s a white chocolate peppermint mousse with a chocolate fudge center, chocolate Santa hat, and of course, a Jack Skellington face!

Also at Sleepy Hollow, we checked out the Funnel Cake Sundae made with peppermint ice cream, M&M’S chocolate candies, and hot fudge served on funnel cake — sounds like Christmas on a plate!

Funnel Cake

And last but not least over at Sleepy Hollow is the Apple Cider Float. This is apple cider topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and sprinkled with cinnamon — and yes, it is as delicious as it sounds.
