In-Person Learning is Coming BACK to the Disney Institute

Have you ever dreamed of taking a class focused on tips and tricks the Walt Disney Company has that could apply to your business or profession? Well, you can!

The Disney Institute offers courses on “The Business Side of Disney,” ranging from leadership classes to employee engagement and even customer service. Due to the global pandemic, in-person and onsite classes through the Disney Institute hadn’t been available in the Disney parks, but soon things will be changing!

We’re happy to report that onsite learning and in-person classes will be returning to the Disney Institute starting on May 23rd, 2022!

Take courses directly from inside Walt Disney World Resort or Disneyland Resort while you learn how Disney cultivates “a culture of Safety, Courtesy, Inclusion, Show, and Efficiency.”

The Disney Institute shares that you’ll learn “secrets from [their] vaults that [they] have created and refined over many decades.” Sounds like classes a whole bunch of people would definitely pay attention to!

Three on-site courses are now available for registration: Disney’s Approach to Leadership Excellence, Disney’s Approach to Employee Engagement, and Disney’s Approach to Quality Service.

Classes do come at a cost and are either single-day or multi-day courses. Walt Disney World will offer multi-day sessions, while Disneyland will have “one-series learnings across multiple days.”
