Severe Weather is Heading for Disney World — Here’s What You Need to Know

When you’re planning a trip to Disney World, there’s one big thing that you’re probably thinking about when packing…weather!

Florida weather is known for being pretty extreme, with heavy rainstorms, intense heat, and very high humidity. And if you’re traveling in the next few days, there’s a pretty big weather warning you need to know about!

Today Chris Wilson, the Meteorologist from Spectrum News in Orlando shared the weather report for this weekend on Twitter (@GilsonWeather). In the report, Gilson notes that Central Florida can expect some severe weather on Saturday afternoon and evening.

Strong storms early on Friday will shift farther south of #CentralFlorida

But, storms could become severe again by Saturday afternoon & evening.
