Disney Recipe: Fill Your Soul (And Stomach) With Pixar’s NYC Pepperoni Pizza

Getting tired of the same old delivery or frozen store-bought pizza? Turn on some jazz, roll up your sleeves, and make your own homemade pizza! Pixar shared a Soul-inspired NYC Pepperoni Pizza recipe that’ll really “jazz up” your typical dinner plans!

This 30-minute meal is easy to do with the little ones, for date night, or just for a dinner for one! Here’s the full recipe for Soul-Inspired NYC Pepperoni Pizza!

Ingredients:

Pre-made Pizza Dough
Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Pepperoni slices
Pizza Sauce
Fresh basil leaves

Tools:

Kitchen scissors
Small paring knife

Directions:

Prepare and preheat the oven according to pizza dough package instructions.
Knead and roll out pizza dough to about ½ inch in a circular shape. If you’re feeling brave, try your hand at hand-tossing it!

Pour pizza sauce into the center of the pizza dough and spread evenly, leaving about an inch for the crust.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
Cover with the pepperoni slices.
Place basil leaves on top.

Bake the pizza until the crust is golden brown, around 10-15 minutes. Crust should be thick and crispy along the edge, but thin and soft under the toppings for perfect folding potential.
Let it cool, cut into slices, and enjoy!
