State Farm and Disney are teaming up!
This new collaboration between Disney and the State Farm insurance company will focus on giving back and fostering a sense of community, and there will be new events and experiences at Disney Parks! Find out more about this new relationship here.
Today, Disney announced that a new, multi-year relationship has been established with State Farm and Disney, including Disney Parks and Resorts and Disney Advertising Sales. As part of their announcement, State Farm surprised Laila Ratliff and her family on Good Morning America with a trip to Disney World! Laila and her mother have a lemonade stand in North Carolina, and they use profits to give back to their community.
State Farm will also be the sponsor of the new planDisney Podcast, which will feature planDisney panelists discussing tips and tricks for guests who are planning to visit Disney Parks. Disney will announce the first episode of this new podcast series sometime in the future!
Speaking of podcasts, the D23 Inside Disney Podcast will now present the “Five Fantastic Things to Watch This Weekend” segment with State Farm. You can catch all the big Disney news, along with lots of interviews, on this weekly podcast.
State Farm will be present in Disney World at the 2022 Disney Dreamers Academy, and they will sponsor the 2023 Disney World Marathon Weekend. Two Disney World venues are also getting a State Farm update, including what will now be known as State Farm Waterview Park in Disney Springs, and State Farm Field House at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex.
And in September, there will be a celebration called the “State Farm Good Neighbor Month,” but we’ll have to wait and see how this event will turn out — and what kinds of “Disney magic” might be involved!
