We are getting closer and closer to the maiden voyage of Disney’s newest cruise ship, the Disney Wish!
We’ve been busy trying to keep up with every bit of news we can get about this ship, including an all-new sweets shop inspired by Disney and Pixar’s Inside Out. And now it looks like the Disney Wish has hit another milestone — a Disney Princess was installed on the stern of the ship!
The Disney Wish has gotten just a little more magical ahead of its June 9th, 2022 maiden voyage thanks to the addition of Rapunzel on the cruise ship’s stern!
The long-haired princess appears to be making some final touches to the Wish logo while her hair keeps her from going overboard. And, of course, her trusty sidekick Pascal is there to hold her art supplies.
According to Disney, the entire figure is 30 feet wide and Rapunzel is 9 feet tall! The team worked for two years and over three time zones to design Punzie and her pal. Check out this post from Walt Disney Imagineering!
