It’s Disney World’s 50th Anniversary and that means that there’s a ton of new merchandise to explore, including a NEW Dooney & Bourke collection!Â
The new collection sold out FAST when it landed online, but if you were in search of one specific bag, you could actually find it cheaper in stores at Disney World. However, it looks like Disney has fixed this, upping the price by $50.
When the collection first launched, guests could purchase the 50th Anniversary Crossbody Bag for $248 online and only $198 in stores. But, on our recent trips to Happily Ever After in Disney Springs and Legends of Hollywood in Disney’s Hollywood Studios, we noticed that the crossbody bags have since been re-priced and now cost $248 — the same as they did when they were in stock online.
This is the only bag in the collection that got a price increase though, with the 50th Anniversary Tote remaining $268 both in the parks and online…
…and the 50th Anniversary Satchel remaining $298.
While this price change is likely just to align the cost of the bags both online and in stores, we’ve seen a variety of other merchandise items receive price increases over the past year including MagicBands, Spirit Jerseys, and even reusable shopping bags.
