If you’re a Marvel fan, you have quite a bit to look forward to in the coming months and years.

While Black Widow and Loki are taking the world by storm, we still have Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, Eternals, and Spider-Man: No Way Home to check out later this year. And for those really excited about the upcoming Black Panther sequel, we’ve got some big news!
Black Panther: Wakanda Forever is currently in production, and Variety reveals that the film just added Michaela Coel to its ensemble cast. Coel is known for her roles in the HBO Max series I Will Destroy You, and other shows Black Mirror and Chewing Gum. She also appeared in films Been So Long and Star Wars: The Last Jedi.

Most of the cast hasn’t yet been confirmed for Wakanda Forever, but it’s expected that many of the original actors like Danai Gurira, Letitia Wright, Daniel Kaluuya, Winston Duke, Lupita Nyong’o, Florence Kasumba, and Angela Bassett will likely be returning. The film is proceeding without the original Black Panther, Chadwick Boseman, due to his tragic passing from cancer last year.
