Here’s When More of Your Favorite Disneyland Rides Will Reopen

Disneyland’s theme parks reopened in late April, but not everything reopened with them.

Some restaurants and rides reopened with the parks, others have reopened over the past few weeks, and some still remain closed. But soon, more Disneyland rides will be open again!

We previously had some estimated dates for when certain attractions would be reopening in Disneyland based on the refurbishment calendar, but now we’ve got some updates!

According to The Orange County Register (“The OCR”), 11 rides in Disneyland’s theme parks have reopened today or will reopen soon. Here’s a peek at what you can enjoy during your upcoming trips to the park.

Opening today (June 15th) are a number of attractions, specifically:

• Sleeping Beauty Castle Walkthrough (Disneyland Park)
• Golden Zephyr (Disney California Adventure Park)
• Animation Academy (Disney California Adventure Park)
• Sorcerers Workshop (Disney California Adventure Park)

You can take a look at the Disneyland website and see the hours of operation listed for these attractions.

According to The OCR, Mickey’s Philharmagic (Disney California Adventure Park) is now open on Saturdays and Sundays only.

The OCR also reports the following reopening dates:

• Davy Crockett’s Explorer Canoes (Disneyland Park) — June 18th
• Tom Sawyer Island (Disneyland Park) — June 20th
• Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters (Disneyland Park) — June 25th (this ride will now open just 1 day sooner than what we had seen previously)
• Storybook Land Canal Boats (Disneyland Park) — June 27th
• Matterhorn Bobsleds (Disneyland Park) — July 2nd (we previously shared this reopening date with you)
• Jungle Cruise (Disneyland Park) — July 16th (this is a reopening we’ve already shared with you previously!)

The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh is set to close on July 6th for refurbishment. We previously shared details on this, but it looks like that refurbishment has been pushed back 1 day from what the calendar originally showed.
