We’ve seen some awesome Disney-themed homes over the years!
Super-fans who love to deck out their place in memorabilia or people whose homes look like they came straight from a fairytale. But, what kind of home does a Disney executive have? Today, we’re taking a look at Disney CEO Bob Chapek’s new $12.5 million estate!
According to Dirt.com, the house is located in Westlake Village, about an hour’s drive from Downtown L.A. Chapek and his wife Cindy have already been living in this neighborhood since 2019, but in a $5.3 million Mediterranean-inspired villa.
The couple’s old home is now on the market for $7.495 million, and they’ve upgraded to this home with a more modern design and nearly 10,000 square feet of space.
This home was built in 2013 and is entirely one story (imagine how HUGE that is!). The lot spans more than 6 acres of land.
Each room in the house can only be described as “exquisite,” with stunning architecture and top-of-the-line features.
Pretty much everything in this house is massive, which is perfect for entertaining large parties of guests. There are multiple living room/seating areas, each more elegant than the last!
We’re not sure if we can imagine cooking a meal in this kitchen…it looks too pretty to mess up!
And besides traditional living areas, the estate is home to some extra features, like a home gym.
And we could honestly spend hours working, studying, or reading in the home office — just look at that view!
The house has a total of 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. The master retreat alone is the size of a small house!
Even the bathroom has a view.
And any mansion or estate wouldn’t be complete without an over-the-top walk-in closet. This is what dreams are made of.
And the outside area is just as amazing. There’s a rectangular swimming pool and separate spa, as well as plenty of space for entertaining guests. You’ll also find perfectly manicured lawns and a koi pond on the property.
Wow, wouldn’t it be lovely to live in a place like that?! Unfortunately, we’ll be saving up for quite a while before we can afford that $12.5 million price tag. Oh well, until then we’ll be content with dreaming!
