NEWS: Disney World Health Services To Offer COVID-19 Vaccines for Cast Members

As more and more American adults become eligible for the COVD-19 vaccine, Florida has already opened up the vaccine to those 18+.

And, Disney is providing Cast Members with another convenient location to receive their vaccine.

Walt Disney World Health Services is now administering the COVID-19 vaccine to serve as another option for Cast Members, according to Jeff Vahle (President of Walt Disney World Resort). And, many Cast Members are already taking advantage of the new exclusive site.

This opens as a Walt Disney World Cast Member Union recently announced they would incentivize employees to get the vaccine by offering to pay Cast Members to get the vaccine — providing four hours of pay. In addition to the compensation, Cast Members who have a vaccine appointment that conflicts with their work schedule will not receive attendance notations if they provide advance notice.
