Almost one full year after Disney parks around the globe closed down to the health crisis, many are still waiting to reopen.
And, Disneyland Paris is one of those parks. It reopened in July but had to close again a few months later in October due to deteriorating health conditions. There was hope that the park would reopen for the holiday season, but the opening date was pushed back a few times. And, as of today, it is getting another bump.
Disney posted a notice to the website that says the park will not reopen on April 2nd as planned. They did not provide an anticipated reopening date but are “optimistic that [they] will be able to reopen soon.”
Those who have already purchased tickets are now able to modify or cancel the reservation without cancellation fees. The policy will be very flexible and allow for cancellations to occur up to the day of the planned trip.
In the meantime, if you are hoping to return to Disneyland Paris, World of Disney will reopen for a very limited shopping experience on March 13th through March 14th from 12PM to 5PM. We’re keeping track of all the Disney reopenings so stay tuned for the latest updates!
