Have you ever dreamed of working for Disney?

Whether your dream is to work in the parks or to work in the studios, there are plenty of ways to get started with Disney’s various programs and job postings. Unfortunately, due to the financial struggles caused by the pandemic, Disney had to lay off thousands of Cast Members and it’s not as easy to get a job with the company as it used to be. However, if you’re from one particular country, you now have a good chance to get hired to work in EPCOT!
International Services has listed a handful of jobs for native Italians for the Patina Restaurant Group, the company that runs the restaurants in EPCOT’s Italy Pavilion.

With this opportunity, you’d work in one of the three dining locations: Via Napoli, Tutto Gusto, or Tutto Italia. Currently available positions include the Kiosk Host/Hostess, Restaurant Host/Hostess, Restaurant Server, and Culinary. In order to participate, you must be at least 18 years old, have Italian nationality, speak English, and be available for 12 months.

Those who choose to participate in this program will live in one of Walt Disney World’s four residences near the property. In order to begin the program, you’ll be required to pay a participation fee, a U.S. Embassy fee, and your own travel expenses to get to Walt Disney World.

If you have a passion for sharing your Italian culture, the cultural representative program may be perfect for you! You’ll have the opportunity to meet guests from around the world and live and work at The Most Magical Place on Earth.

This job posting marks the return of the cultural representative program in the parks, which means we’ll likely be seeing international Cast Members back in the World Showcase soon! We’ll be on the lookout for any more news on this program, so stay tuned!
