We’ve really been missing Disney’s nighttime spectaculars, like Happily Ever After and Fantasmic! since they’ve been temporarily suspended from the time the parks reopened.

Although fireworks are still on pause, we’re excited to welcome back another classic Disney spectacle, The Electrical Water Pageant! This OG show has been a Disney World staple since the park opened in 1971.  It’s been on a little break since the parks’ reopening, and now it’s back!

Earlier this week, Disney shared that The Electrical Water Pageant would return on December 20th. We stopped by Bay Lake and the Seven Seas Lagoon to catch a glimpse of this returning, classic spectacle. The show features 14 illuminated barges that parade across the water for guests to admire.
