Morimoto Asia to Host "Toki Tuesdays" in Disney Springs!

Morimoto Asia is known for its “Pan-Asian” cuisine, brought to guests by Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto.

Now, the restaurant famous for its Chinese, Japanese, and Korean dishes is offering a two-night dining experience inspired by the sweet and savory ready-to-eat dishes sold by outdoor vendors along the open air markets of Japan. We have all the details here!

The two-night event, called “Toki Tuesday” will take place on November 10th and 17th, on the second floor of Morimoto Asia from 8:30PM to 9:30PM. The event is to be hosted by Executive Chef Yuhi Fujinaga, and promises to treat guests to classic recipes with a unique flair.

Guests will have access to several of the menu items and beverages, as well as four stations that will be offering authentic Japanese street food:

Takoyaki – Octopus fritters with okonomi sauce, bonito, nori, pickled ginger
Okonomiyaki – Osaka style savory pancake with pork belly, cabbage, Japanese mayo
Yakitori – Grilled chicken skewers, chicken meat ball skewers
Ramen – Spicy beef miso ramen, scallions, corn, beansprouts, sesame

Tickets are available for purchase here. The event will follow current health and safety protocols, including social distancing. Tickets cost $42+ and cover all food and beverages for the evening.
