As Florida has continued to change its restrictions during the state’s phased reopening, a 60-day state of emergency was placed back in July.

While previous travel orders have now been halted, people have been traveling to Florida to check out the newly reopened theme parks, resorts, and restaurants.
However, Governor Ron DeSantis has extended Florida’s state of emergency by another 60 days. Although travel restrictions won’t be put in place just yet and many of the opened entertainment venues will remain available, the state-of-emergency is in place to keep visitors and residents safe during this time.

What does this mean for capacity restrictions (if anything)?
I’ll ask because I don’t understand : since there are no travel restrictions and places are open, what exactly does the State of Emergency actually encompass?
My wife and daughter were in Disney World for two weeks in August. They said it was wonderful and that they felt very safe. We will be there as a family in November.
