NEWS! Tom Hanks is in Talks to Play Geppetto in Disney’s Live-Action “Pinocchio”

Although we’ve been relaxing at home with our DIY Mickey Waffles and tiki mugs filled with POG juice, all the movies and shows on Disney+ have been one of the biggest treats for us.

While we’re excited that Mulan will be released through the streaming service soon, we have definitely been missing our time at the theaters. And, if you’re counting down the days until the next big hit makes its way to the big screen, you’re going to want to add the latest live-action remake to your list!

According to Deadline, Tom Hanks has been in the talks with Robert Zemeckis to play Geppetto in Disney’s live-action Pinocchio film. Although Hanks has been in talks to join the film since 2018, the movie has hopped from Paul King as the director previously to Zemeckis currently.
