While visiting Disney Springs today, we noticed that several Disney-owned stores that had previously reopened are now temporarily closed again.
On June 10th, a ton of Disney Springs locations reopened. But today, we noticed that three of these stores are unexpectedly closed.
First, we saw that Goofy’s Candy Co. is temporarily closed. We spoke with a Cast Member who said they aren’t sure of the reason behind the closure, but it’s expected to remain closed for three days.
Next, The Art of Disney is also closed. Again, the Cast Member we spoke with wasn’t sure of the reason for the closure, but said that it’s expected to last for a week.
And finally, Wonderful World of Memories is also closed, although we aren’t sure how long this closure is expected to last.
The Cast Member we spoke with also said that they expect that Once Upon a Toy will be closing at some point this week. We’ll continue to keep an eye on these locations and report back when they reopen!

Was there last week. Disney did temp checks and I was pleased to see they enforced the wearing of facemasks. Dined at Boathouse and it was lively and lovely. As long as folks follow social distancing, it is a great time.
Maybe they’re closed for deep cleaning??
We were there this past Thursday. Had dinner at George’s Wine Bar. Excellent meal and not too crowded. People did the social distancing and everyone outside were wearing masks.
I visited Disney springs last week and all of those stores were open. Weren’t a lot of people in them.
