The Fourth of July is almost here and, of course, the Disney Parks are celebrating in full patriotic style!

From fireworks and characters, to Red, White, and Blue merchandise, we have a full list of all of the Fourth of July Happening in Disneyland here!
But now… it’s time to focus on one of the most important parts of the holiday: THE FOOD!

On July 4th only, you can have a special meal at the Plaza Inn in Disneyland Park. The Adult Meal contains several barbecue classics — Slow-roasted BBQ pork, fried chicken breast, smoked bratwurst with golden mustard sauce, fresh watermelon, corn on the cob, house-made cornbread, sweet baked beans, mac and cheese, and apple pie.
There is also a kid’s version, which is slightly scaled down. Both the adult’s and kid’s meals have vegetarian options upon request as well. This meal at Plaza Inn is available by RESERVATION ONLY, so make sure to snag a spot if you plan to dine here!

Also in Disneyland Park for one day only, you can grab an Apple Pie Shake at Carnation Cafe and a special 4th of July Cupcake with apple filling at Jolly Holiday Bakery.

Across the way at Disney California Adventure, head to the Hollywood Lounge in Hollywood Land for a Firecracker Cocktail — a Mojito with blueberries and strawberry popping pearls.

In our last post, we gave you the details for the rooftop BBQ at Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel, and now we have the menu!
Highlights include the PCH Burger (a short rib and brisket blend half-pound patty), a Wagyu Beef Hot dog, Chicken DrumMettes with citrus and sea salt seasoning, and a Veggie burger.
Attendees can also enjoy corn on the cob, fresh watermelon, assorted drinks including Bottled Beer and Agua Frescas, and sweet treats such as Mickey Premium Bars and Root Beer Floats.

Several spots in Downtown Disney are also serving up treats with Red, White, and Blue flair!
Sprinkles Cupcakes will have a special 4th of July box and an American Mini Sampler. Both will include red velvet and dark chocolate cupcakes, while the box also features gluten-friendly lemon-blueberry cupcakes and the Sampler includes a vanilla cupcake. Both items are available through July 7.
Want to quench your patriotic thirst? Roll into Splitsville Luxury Lanes July 4-7 for a Firecracker Cocktail (lemonade, citrus vodka, blue curaçao, and grenadine) or pop into Wetzel’s Pretzels for the one-day only Frozen Cherry Boba Lemonade (Frozen lemonade with cherry-flavored popping pearls and cherry purée.)
Salt & Straw is scooping some unique ice cream flavors for the holiday as well — Birthday Cakes & Blackberries, Goat Cheese Marionberry Habanero, and Fresh Sheep’s Cheese & Strawberries. These flavors will be around through July 31 so you have time to try them all!
And finally, head to Black Tap Craft Burgers and Shakes for a Red, White, & Blue Cake Shake. This monstrosity has a full piece of cake on it and is available July 3-7.

WHEW that is a lot of deliciousness! Anyone else hungry yet?
