Welcome, foolish mortals to the Haunted Mansion…art exhibit at Disneyland! A cult classic, The Haunted Mansion has been frightening guests and searching for their 1000th Happy Haunt for a quarter of a century!
While the classic’s official anniversary isn’t until August 9, a new exhibit showcasing the art work and imagineering has revealed itself in the Disney Gallery on Main Street U.S.A.
You can learn how Walt and his team developed the attraction — which proved to be quite a “chilling challenge.”
There must be hinges creaking in doorless chambers… because ghosts are present in the exhibit! You can also see never-before-displayed concept art from the attraction.
You can also learn more about the key imagineers behind the attraction — the ones who brought the 999 Happy Haunts to life (so to speak).
The exhibit is on display NOW in Disneyland so make sure you drag your bodies to Main Street to check it out! Any volunteers?
