Pixar Announces Title, Release Date, and Hints at Plot for New Film “Soul”

Mark your calendars! One year from today, June 19, 2020, the Disney-Pixar film Soul will be released.

We’ve been treated to a logo for the film and a brief hint at the film’s plot.

The following was shared across Disney and Pixar’s social media channels:

“Ever wonder where your passion, your dreams and your interests come from? What is it that makes you… YOU? One year from today, Pixar Animation Studios will take you on a journey from the streets of New York City to the cosmic realms to discover the answers to life’s most important questions.”

Soul is directed by two-time Academy Award® winner Pete Docter (Up, Inside Out) and produced by Academy Award® nominee Dana Murray (Lou short).
