Coming Soon: Jessie’s Critter Carousel to Open at Pixar Pier in April!

Jessie’s Critter Carousel, which was previously announced last March, is set to open at Disney California Adventure’s recently reimagined Pixar Pier in April.

The giant toy carousel starring Jessie, the yodeling cowgirl from the “Toy Story” films, features a group of desert critters, from an armadillo to a snake to a… turtle?

That’s right — inspired by Jessie’s wilderness friends in the “Woody’s Roundup” television show from “Toy Story 2,” this newly reimagined attraction has 56 adorable friends, which also include a buzzard, a bunny, a skunk and two cozy logs inhabited by a family of owls in addition to the aforementioned critters.
