Lee Anastasi asked, “How on earth do you type all of those names? 495?!!!” Well, Lee, that’s the kind of dedication we have here on the photo blog. Whatever it takes to make the readers– ok, I’ll confess. I don’t type the winners’ names. I import the weekly entries into a spreadsheet, mark the winners and sort by that column, copy them and replace the carriage return with a comma, and then paste them into the winner announcement. It sounds longer than it is, which is good because I prefer using the time to say hi to you guys.

Hurry, Players! We have to get onboard the Jungle Cruise! I hear you see a very rare sight: the backside of water!

Clinton Dickinson sent in this answer: “In keeping with the last picture: Your cadaverous pallor betrays an aura of foreboding, almost as though you sense a disquieting metamorphosis. Is this boat actually leaving the dock? Or is it your imagination? And consider this dismaying observation: this boat is completely surrounded with water, and I’m you skipper. Which offers you this chilling challenge: to find a way out! Of course you could always swim away!”
