CORRECTION: (4/24) For some reason, I thought this breakfast was $24/per person. It is $34 per person. At that price, this breakfast is not worth the cost until the food greatly improves. Character Breakfast Coming to Trattoria al Forno at Disney’s BoardWalk

An all-new character dining experience will debut in late spring at Trattoria al Forno at Disney's BoardWalk. The breakfast will feature popular royal character couples from favorite Disney stories like "Tangled" or "The Little Mermaid." More details, including the opening date, when you can make reservations, and menu offerings will be announced soon.

Trattoria al Forno Costumes – Lakeside Casual

Today Disney shares the costume designer renderings of the costumes for the cast members. These were designed by Walt Disney Imagineer Celina Lung. Lung has also designed costumes for Epcot's Coral Reef restaurant as well as various locations in Disney parks around the world.

Trattoria al Forno Replaces Kouzzina at Boardwalk

Disney has announced that Italy will replace Greece on the Boardwalk starting in December 2014. Look for simple foods "trattoria" baked in an oven (al forno) at the new eatery serving dishes from Italy's various regions. Everything from Neopolitan pizzas, to pork chop alla Milanese, to house-made cavatelli, polenta and much more. For vegetarians - ruffled campanelle pasta with green beans, roasted potatoes and Genovese pesto. A seasonal risotto will always be on the menu. Paper-thin Italian meets, olives, caponata, pastas, fresh seafood and vegetables will all be part of the dining experience.
