The manager was very kind
He borrowed a QR scanner from voodoo donuts just to scan the universal QR code for quick pay. Very kind. Great service. Would go everyday if I could.

The beds were pretty clean but the room had a moldy smell. The carpet and bath floor had not been cleaned or shampooed in a while. Location wise is not too bad, it's the very last hotel on a strip of hotels right across from Disneyland, making it the farthest which is convenient if you don't want to rent a car but after walking with your child all day in the park, the last thing we wanted was to walk 10 more mins. The night receptionist Joel left us waiting outside of the lobby for more than 15 mins while he came to his post at the front desk, he never apologized, had an unprofessional attitude and was plain rude. Do not recommend it if you're traveling with kids. There are at least a handful of closer & cleaner hotels on S. Harbor Blvd between Disney Way and Manchester Ave.

If you are from Colorado like me, you are amazed and excited at about nearly everything at Universal. I thought this was a beautiful museum with wonderful Easter eggs in the queue. I loved the hilarious singers and the disclaimer with the Roots is awesome. I love this ride.

I booked this for the first stay may 2024, not thinking it would be all the great but I was wrong. It was so clean and comfortable. We got a view of fireworks, made me cry to see our view. I am a new DVC owner and my heart was full brining my older children with me here. It is wonderful. We also bought a cabana space which was outstanding and I highly recommend. Truly a magical experience to stay at Baylake tower.

I think that the entertainment in the dinner is lovely and heart warming. The staff is excellent and nothing tops Disney service in my opinion. I am giving this a 6 because it is very overly salted, lacking in high quality flavors in all the items taken to our table and so much food we felt horrible for not being able to take it with us. It’s just so very expensive and way too much for that you were not allowed to take with you. Not a fan. Overall overhyped food. Entertainment was great.

The last time we dined here I felt that the staff was excellent and attentive and the ambiance of the restaurant were nice. I am going to give the a 7 because it’s way too expensive for the type of food that you get. It’s a step up from a mall cafeteria and a high end restaurant price tag.

The atmosphere is really cool. What we didn't like is the price fixe meal. It is WAY too high not to have characters at this meal. There are not many choices for the food. The servers seemed rushed. I wish this was a quick service meal, more like Regal Eagle at EPCOT.

Really enjoy the food here. Comes down to two items. Corn Dog and Mickey waffle and strawberry fkr breakfast. The corn dog is a very meaty corn dog, almost burnt. Perfection. Will totally fill you up for a good four hours. Better than the nuggets at Casey's Corner for sure. Stop here before the fireworks. Not a bad place for the fireworks either if you are a casual watcher.
The Mickey Waffle is a larger size covered in strawberries and whipped cream. Great way to start your Magic Kingdom day.
